Client requirement
The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan sought innovative
solutions to enhance the Preschool Admission System (https://www.bq.edu.az/).
The goal was not only to optimize administrative workflows but also to establish a
comprehensive and secure structure that ensures the integrity of student registration across
all education levels.
Another key objective was to ensure full public transparency of both the admission
process and its outcomes.
Similar to other large-scale educational initiatives, one of the primary challenges was the absence of proven solutions of comparable complexity. Existing processes were manual, time-consuming, isolated, and lacked transparency. Addressing these issues required both the Ministry and Professional IT to assess public readiness, communicate project goals to other state institutions, and prepare the infrastructure to handle hundreds of thousands of users.
Solution
Throughout the project, we carefully implemented new developments while strictly adhering
to modern programming and security standards.
Ensuring the protection of stored and transmitted data remained a top priority for
Professional IT. The advanced system provides extensive data storage,
prevents accidental deletion or unauthorized
modification, and includes a reliable backup mechanism.
To ensure scalability and fully digitize the admission cycle, we integrated the system
with the Ministry of Justice and IAMAS government
services.
Additionally, we implemented an SMS notification system to complete the digital
workflow.
Outcome
After the introduction of this solution, the Ministry significantly expanded its
operational capabilities and improved the efficiency of monitoring and managing the
admission process across preschool institutions.
Importantly, this transformative initiative not only increased public trust but also
enhanced transparency and strengthened the connection between the Ministry and the
community it serves.
