Client requirement

The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan aims to transform the higher education landscape by optimizing administrative processes, increasing efficiency, enhancing transparency, and ensuring accuracy through the transition from paper-based workflows to a fully digital environment.

To address this challenge, the Ministry tasked Professional IT with several key objectives, including the creation of a unified data repository, integration of individual universities and institutions into a single network, analysis of existing business processes, and assessment of digitalization impact (https://www.atis.edu.az/).
Another important goal was the implementation of a secure electronic diploma issuance and verification mechanism, improving the overall reliability and integrity of the education system.

Solution

To meet these requirements, Professional IT developed a comprehensive solution that serves as a centralized information hub.
This system efficiently manages data for all higher education institutions and colleges, including staff and students across the Ministry and related organizations.

A streamlined and user-friendly interface was designed to support work with large databases, simplifying the collection of detailed information about institutional operations.
Interactive features and a secure access control system ensure complete visibility for stakeholders involved in accreditation requests, electronic diploma management, and related processes.

In addition, seamless integration with portal.edu.az automates the retrieval of a student’s academic information, including personal accounts, payment records, transfer requests, and more.

The system’s success is marked by continuous improvements, integration of HR management tools, balancing of institutional records, and flexible reporting capabilities of varying complexity.

Outcome

After the introduction of this solution, the Ministry significantly expanded its operational capabilities and improved the efficiency of monitoring and managing the admission process across preschool institutions.
Importantly, this transformative initiative not only increased public trust but also enhanced transparency and strengthened the connection between the Ministry and the community it serves.

Our team remains committed to the successful implementation of this large-scale national project. Working on a state and socially significant initiative that processes over 100,000 applications annually is a testament to the trust placed in us and the responsibility we proudly carry.
